Shawn Robicheau – Traffic Division Lead
Shawn is able to read and interpret site plan drawings. He is an onsite ambassador in client relations and spearheads our installation efforts from start to finish ensuring top quality craftsmanship and detailed communication.
Kelly Glatt – Customer Service (2014 - Present)
Kelly has extensive training in Customer service. Her role includes sales, order taking, returning calls, invoicing, answering phones and dealing with shipping. Kelly is responsive and detailed oriented. She is knowledgeable on the internal process of INPS jobs. She has been involved with over 1500 accounts. She is available for communication regarding customer orders.
Tara Dezan – Production Artist (2004 - Present)
Tara came to INPS with a Fine Arts background and has been part of our group for almost 20 years. She is our lead artist when it comes to braille, wayfinding signage, parking lot signs, fleet graphics and specialty wrap projects. Her vast industry knowledge, attention to detail and dedication, makes her a valuable team member at INPS.
Colin Patton – Installations (Installing since 2019)
Colin is trained in customer relations. He is proficient in in vinyl applications (windows, walls and floors). Colin is also involved in architectural sign installations for buildings as well as ground mounted signage for lawn and parking lots. He has a good understanding of the CSA Standards of sign placements to meet AODA requirements.
Wendy Whitcroft – Customer Service (2013 to present)
Wendy is involved with an order from start to finish. She has a great personality which is much appreciated as she communicates with her customers regarding their order. She is customer support oriented, deals with new clients as well as long standing clients. She Sets up accounts, enters orders, ensure new projects are quoted, sends follow up emails on pricing, ensures timely art approvals and follows a project to completion keeping her customer up to date on its progress. When the order is completed she completes the billing. If there is an installation involved, Wendy works with the lead installer on the installation plan.
Mattea Veenstra – Customer Service (2016 to present)
She has production experience which makes her vary diverse in her signage knowledge. She has experience working in the finishing area where decals are applied to substrates and holes are drilled and punched. As a customer service representative, Mattea takes orders, enters the job in our ERP system which includes all of its required parts and follows up with customers on small or medium projects. Mattea can book locates and spearhead small to medium size parking lot and traffic flow projects.
