The purpose of the KEEP RIGHT sign is to indicate to drivers that they must keep their vehicles to the right of obstructions such as: Raised or depressed median strips, Loading islands, Refuge islands, Traffic islands, and Central piers. The standard size (Rb-25) should be used where posted speed is 60 km/h or less and the oversize sign (Rb-125) should be used where posted speed is 70 km/h or greater.
