The purpose of the NO LITTERING sign is to remind road users not to litter and to inform them of the consequences of doing so. The NO LITTERING AND MAXIMUM FINE FOR LITTERING sign (Rc-4A) incorporates the Rc-4 and Rc-4t signs on a single blank.
