MAXIMUM SPEED KM/H Traffic Sign

If the decision has been made to use the 'km/h' legend on speed limit signs, the MAXIMUM SPEED KM/H and BEGINS sign on one sign blank (Rb-3) must be used instead of the other options featuring the 'begins' legend but which do not include the 'km/h'.
