The purpose of the SNOWMOBILE ROUTE sign (Rb-64) is to indicate roads, especially continuous routes through or around an area, upon which motorized snow vehicles known as snowmobiles are permitted to travel. In some cases, municipal by-laws expressly prohibit snowmobiles from making any movements other than those indicated on permissive SNOWMOBILE ROUTE signs with the MOVEMENTS PERMITTED Tab Signs (RB-61tL, RB-61tLR, RB-61tR, RB-61tT, RB-61tTL, RB-61tTLR, RB-61tTR)
